Here is the 2nd issue of Star Spangled War Comics from 1952.  #132

Raw. Low grade.  I'll say 1.5.

Cover is detached.  CF is detached.  Tiny slivers of tape on the inside cover where the staples were.

$79 shipped

GPA only shows 1 sale ever..... an 8.0 went for $1315 in 2007
