Popeye 40 Page Version 1934 #2095

Trying to get a good idea of the grade of this comic. This is the 40 page version not the 12 page. 1934 #2095.  Found this cleaning up my grandmothers house a few years back. Also what would be the value or asking price you would ask if you were to sell this comic. Appreciate all responses.

Nobody out there has any idea of grade or value of this comic  I've tried looking all over and no luck.

Grade VG. Heritage hasn't sold a 40 pg. one for a while, but it looks like they sell for around 60% of guide, so maybe $350 in this shape. Someone has been listing a lower grade one for $200 on ebay for a while, though page count isn't listed.  It's a pretty cool book, but demand is probably not that high.
