• The Star Wars Collector's Bible says that one of the ROTJ Widevision promo cards is in the Diamond Distributors' Previews catalog v.5#11, 1995-11.
• (#0): 5x7" oversize card with "flying" image of card #0;

Does anybody have a picture of what the cover looks like?
