PGM Many Ghosts of Doctor Graves #1

Had this one in my collection for a while.  Surprisingly very little damage to the spine.  The staples look brand new and there is little to no spine roll.  Some dings and a small tear on the top edge.  I think it's in pretty good shape but will withhold my novice guess until after I see some other comments.  Thinking about getting it graded by CGC.

Spine is well worn, corners are well worn, and there are heavy amounts of foxing. There are also a lot of color breaking folds and the tear. I think it's safe to say you should expect a 5.5-6.0.
