Grading Prediction Help?

Hi guys,

I have recently come across some new comics and I'm hoping to get some educated predictions on what grade you think these 3 might get from CGC? Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

1) Amazing Spiderman #16 - this one has some clear visible wear, as well as a patch faded out (not completely) on the cover and the back. Apart from that no missing panels or pages on the inside. Color is good too. My hopeful grade for this would be... 2.0? What do you think? Should I go ahead and get them sent in for grading? I've never done it before.

2) Amazing Spiderman #252 - This one is better shape than the #16 above. Has creases at random points around the sides and edges. One corner is cut off at the end. The comic is still fully attached and nothing missing. I would hope for at least a 3.0 with this one.. Thoughts?

Amazing Spiderman #299 - Bought this one raw and it was being listed as a NM. Looks in great shape to me. Definitely no 'major' issues with it. Should I expect around a 9.0 for this? Pages are really white and color is pristine.

Thank you for any help!

The first one, I don't know how to judge the cover tears, but I'd assume with a complete book inside and an attached cover is at least a 1.5.

The second, if the bottom right corner is a tear and not a folded over corner, that's kind of a body blow to the grade.  3.0 is probably right on that.  If it's folded over, I think 4.0.

On the third, the back cover hurts you.  The non spine side looks creased.  Since it's in the mylar I can't tell if it's a reflection, but the bottom quarter of that side also looks like it has two small color breaks/tears.  I'll hold off until it's determined if those are reflections or tears.

Thanks for the input @SteppinRazor. I'd be happy with a 1.5/2.0 for the first one. 3.0 would be good for the second as well because the corner is ripped off, not folded.

As for the last one, you are right there are some creases down the non-spine side. And those two color breaks you see are small tears. Would this drop it to around and 8.0 would you say?
