you would be wrong! remember, this is "guess the eBay grade," not "guess the real grade!"

i would say it qualifies as a "found in my grandpa's attic, never been read".

 

if it wasn't for the crease, maybe by ebay standards you could say it was "cgc ready"... but that crease kills it...
