PGM IH 180

Wondering how the crease (?) in the U (see last pic) would affect the overall grade of this book? Does anyone know if that could be pressed out? Thanks!!

7.5. I don't think a press will get the crease out in the "U" since it looks like it broke the color.

I'd say 7.5, maybe 8.0.

I think that'll come back an 8.0.  The crease in the U looks like it doesn't break color so I think a press is a good idea.  You will be deducted for the crease but even if it broke color it won't look as intrusive with the actual crease removed.  I have an ASM 129 that just came back an 8.5 and it is very similar from a defect perspective except my crease has about a 1/4 long color break but with the crease removed from pressing its almost unnoticeable.
