PGM Spirit #20

So this one has a couple splashes of white out (?) on the cover.  Otherwise, very nice looking book.  Couple tears along the edge of the front cover - and what looks like a chip is actually folded back and I don't believe there's any missing paper.  Chip out of the top of the spine - seen on back cover.  Pages are supple and CR/OW.  What do people think - how much do the white splashes bring it down?  Thanks in advance.

I'd say 4.5. The white out shouldn't have much effect at this grade.

That's about what I was thinking.  Maybe 5.0 on a good day at CGC.  Not sure if it's worth slabbing but those last few Spirit issue seemed to have been jumping in price.

Looks like a very pretty 4.5/5.0 to me. Has nice eye appeal and deep red that might tip it towards the up side. Does it have any white out on the highlights of the dress or just those two smudges at the top? Great book.
