When should you go for a Green label instead of Blue? 0

[Hey Kids, Comics!]

I posted this in the grading foum, but after 30 views in 36 hours, had zero responses.

I picked up this nice copy of GL59 but the bottom staple is detached. Would you go for a blue label or a green? I don't know when the raw blue grade would be out done by the price of a qualified. Anyone with experience in this?

Ya but how cool would it be to have a green covered GREEN LANTERN book like that with a green label !!??
