It has tan pages, which aren't flaking and feel supple enough to touch, but the first wrap is about 2/3 split indicating some brittleness at spine. 2" split at bottom which comes just short of the bottom staple. The staples are rusty, but not bleeding. The first wrap is about 60% split, with a 3" tear into the splash, but pages are still a supple Cream /OW. Ragged, but if you want a relatively cheap copy for the cover this is the one. Spine is split top and bottom, with only about 4 inches in the middle holding it together.
