Is the fading around the .13 where someone maybe took an eraser to it? Any insight is appreciated as always!! I think without the erasure mark it is 6.5 -7.0 (mostly that low because of the back cover stain. CGC hammers staining.) and there is a risk of there being an additional discount for the erasure mark. I would guess 6.0 bottom end. Structurally, it is a VERY nice book.
