Is mold on/in a Comic Book alive? If so does it travel from comic to comic 0

..like some kinda disease? Got a cheap dollar book (Giant Sized Creatures #1) with a bunch of mold. Should I keep it away from my other books? Does this mold like Key Books, or only other dollar books?

Guess I should have paid attention in biology.

I would not be worried about your other books but I would be worried about you and your family. Seriously, get rid of that book. I once bag and boarded a small collection of GA books, some with Mold. I can't tell you how sick I got from it. Bad stuff. Don't underestimate how bad it is.

UPDATE: my wife made me throw it away. I was looking forward to reading the story about the werewolfwoman.
