Batman Beyond #1

I bought a brand new copy of Batman Beyond #1 DC Universe Rebirth for my husband in 2017.  It was bagged, boarded, and sealed with a silver sticker with the certificate of authenticity from Dynamic forces, inc. inside the bag. Neither my husband or I have broken the seal on the bag. The certificate says it's one of a special limited series of 225 copies signed by Dan Jurgens.

Somehow with all that information I can't find out anything else about it. So here are my questions...

       1)  How much could this book worth? It is currently not slabbed but since the seal is unbroken on the bag the book hasn't been directly touched by anyone since it was signed and authenticated.

       2) Has anyone ever reported small potential manufacturer/ printing flaws on the cover? I've seen pictures of other copies but they weren't clear enough to see if the light marks around the outer edges and down the length of the spine are supposed to be there or not.

One sold on eBay for $5 in December

There’s a few for sale now.  But I would guess in the right situation you might get up to $10 for it with luck.

i’d call Cgc about the second thing, though this book is almost certainly not worth grading by cgc (because of the signature), so it probably doesn’t matter.
