cant tell if that is a tear on the top edge

sorry to bump an old thread..

But just wondering...Is it a common thing for Cap 100 to have that Date Stamp on it?

the reason I ask, Is My Cap 100 has the exact same Date Stamp in almost the exact same place, with nearly the same date...

is this just an incredible coincidence or is that common with this issue...
