Popular Post jimjum12
....Here's a couple more.... some of the books in this group don't even have images, as they just aren't for sale. GOD BLESS.... -jimbo(a friend of jesus) ...this one is from my pal, Patrick...aka pickycollector. Patrick was one of the first people I bought from on eBay, and I got to know him better when he came here. I've got pictures of him standing on remote mountain tops across the world.... his "other" hobby. I was always a Neal Adams fan and bought a lot of his Batman books off the stands.... but I missed this one. This is Neal's first effort on Batman in an actual interior story. Popular Post jimjum12
.....This is my Buttock book......... Dan is a fellow lover of all things Atlas.... one day out of the blue he asked me if I might be interested in some of his undercopies, he was almost apologetic about asking...... I was like, "HELL yeah.....".....I bought a few from him, but those are gone now. This one, however, which he tossed in for free, is a permanent keeper. In the back of the Mylar, I've also got one of those Marvel chase cards that had actual sketches of Marvel characters by famous artists.... this one of Sgt Fury by the esteemed Ayers .... I used to not care for the cover of this one, but after seeing it in hand, fell in love with this intricate Heath masterpiece .... GOD BLESS.... -jimbo(a friend of jesus) adamstrange, MusterMark, The Lions Den and 3 others
Popular Post Paul_Maul
I hope I don’t have to sell any of my books, but when push comes to shove I would hang onto nice copies of books I owned as a kid. Those are the ones that make me feel all gooey inside. ? Raze, The Lions Den, Larryw7 and 3 others 5

Popular Post PUNYHUMAN
The one that I would never sell is my 1967 Merry Marvel Marching Society Kit. Complete. It's in beautiful condition. I still have my original membership card to go with it . The only thing to survive from the original kit. My Mom and Dad paid 69 cents for it back then. Lost in time over the years. I just purchased this kit last year from a collector. When it came in the mail I was taken back to ten years old again. What a rush! 50 years later. One of the great things of collecting , Memories!! jimjum12, The Lions Den, Larryw7 and 5 others 7

One of the great things of collecting , Memories!! There’s a number of variations with those kits as they were made from 1964 and up. I’m not up on the variants but have a friend who has all the known variants to that kit. Before my time (I grew up in the FOOM era) but as a kid seeing the Marvelmania and MMMS kits in old comics ads was a sense of wonder. I really, really wanted a Marvelmania sticker sheet and one of those blow up Spider-Man and Thor pillows. evilskip
A few of mine. These were childhood favorites and I picked these up in the late 80's. Edited June 13, 2018 by evilskip KirbyJack, mec3437, frozentundraguy and 1 other 3
Popular Post evilskip
I remember picking the originals up at the A& P Supermarket back in 1965. These were picked up no later than 1994.
