How to know if my CGC comic was opened? 0

I purchased this Venom: Lethal Protector 9.8 from eBay, but when it came i saw white marks on one side of the cgc case, and i want to know if it was opened or something. 

This was my first CGC Comic purchase...

Hard to tell from the picture, but it may just be scuff marks on the plastic.

If it's tampered with, that is, an effort to or succeeding in breeching the case, you will see an interlacing of numerous spider-web-like cracks in that plastic, not just clouds, which is probably opalescence in the plastic.

I've cracked several CGC cases, it spider-webs the plastic (straight up cracks it).  You're good.

aside from the condition of the case, does the book inside look 9.8? If so I would not worry.
