A guy in my neighboor is selling me a Fattal Attractions 25 cgc 9.4 for 70 bucks, do you think it worth the 70?

its actually called X-men 25, as can be seen at the top of the CGC label.

you can run a search on ebay sales to compare prices.  or there's a service called gpa which tracks sale prices for CGC graded comics you can use.

But 'worth it' is pretty subjective.  What is your purpose for buying it?  Keep it? display? resale? hold for investment? cuddle it?  If you want to resale or hold for investment, what type of ROI do you want/expect?  Or in the event that you could buy it cheaper on ebay, is there some value to you for being able to get the slab in hand to examine, with little to no risk of fraud? or value in purchasing immediately without waiting for delivery time or risking delivery damage? or value in buying from someone you know and like and trust?  Do you live in a foreign country where shipping from the US would be a killer?  Do you have a special affinity for this specific comic?

Actually i think i would keep it. I dont have in mind to sell it. The problem is that i can not find any references for the price... I think i will offer him 30 bucks for it.

A little steep IMHO.  You could get a 9.6 off of ebay for that price or less.  I think $40-45 max...and tell him he doesn't have to pay ebay or paypal fees or anything!
