This is (I believe) the second 1992 JC Penny Marvel Comics variant/reprint set, which includes 20 different comics.

I purchased these as part of a larger collection, and these were still in the cardboard box that they were originally shipped by JC Penny's. They are in incredibly nice condition -- never read, never looked at. i'm conservatively grading them at VF/NM, but they are really fantastic.
