Bats 1 availability never in question if you want any copy.  Supes 1 not so elusive these days.as in the past.  I think this is the 3rd one Ive seen as late as for sale or recently obtained

Appears to be a legit business and address in Scottsdale and you can easily find their website and the books are "less expensive" and you can call them if you're serious.  I could see that Superman #1 selling privately as the price doesn't see too crazy and I'd imagine its negotiable even further to a serious buyer.
