The younger guy mentions a 9.5 graded comic? He asks the guy to explain what the difference is between a raw and graded comic? 

I'd say the video is a bit too basic/entry level to grab my interest.

If you're questioning the 9.5, they do exist... it was a short CGC program specific to Wizard.
