Showcase 22 0

I'm not asking for a grade for a specific book, but instead what qualifies for grading. A friend of mine has a Showcase 22... a seller  added a perfect reproduction of the cover including the inside of the cover. It has been attached to a "coverless" Showcase 22.  The inside of the book is perfect is it an incomplete or is it restored?

 

Rather then post in General this should be  the right place

Should be NG or "No Grade" in a blue label.

Can you have a 0.5 with a repro cover?  I didn't think you could.  I thought a .5 was a completely detached original cover.
