PGM Chamber of Chills 23 0

Hello everyone your help would be much appreciated on this one. I picked it up a while ago and cannot decide what grade I should give it.

The major flaws are a bit of pen on the cover, a small amount of spine wear, a little tear on the cover above the "S" in Chills, and some chipping along the the ride side of the cover and the top as well.

The cover is super glossy and the pages are quite beautiful in my opinion. 

Let me know what you think, opinions are welcomed and appreciated.

5.0/5.5 ish?  Guess it'd depend on how long some of those fc right edge tears are

That's right around what I was thinking as well. There is just the one tear in the front cover and it is about a 1/4 inch and the rest are just little chips.
