Cover is snug at bottom staple, but top staple is only attached to a "tab" (because of a vertical staple tear). It is still attached though. CF is snug. Tiny piece missing bottom spine & there is a 1/2" spine split at bottom. Tiny light stain at lower right corner of front cover. Stain at upper edge of back cover (just barely affects 1 interior page) At one time there were two added staples to help hold everything but they have been removed.
