PGM Four Color 108 (Donald Duck)....AND give your opinion of BLUE or GREEN label 0

I just picked this up off of ebay.  It's actually a very nice copy with a major flaw.  The tear you see at the top goes thru the entire comic.

I think if I asked for a Blue label it would technically be graded as a 1.5 even though it looks nice.  

I'd like to know what you think the "qualified" grade would be.

Spine is nice with no splits.  Cover and CF are snug at the staples

At a guess 4.0 as a green label and as probably 1.8 for a blue.. How come everyone is opting for green labels today?

I just picked up a avengers #10 with a green label page missing doesn’t effect the story. How big of a effect does the green label have on value and might it be worth re grading it with a blue label? I’m new to this sorry for the noob ? It’s a really nice book and I got it at the right price.
