I'm sending in some titles for slabbing that you don't see too often.  I thought I'd run them by you guys here first.

Punch 21.  Cool cover

Cover & CF are snug at the staples

1/2" tear at the top by the "N"

Back cover has a crease lower left corner and a dirty smudge in the lower right.

This "Pals in Pleasure" ad would have been the logical back cover for the "wood" front cover.
