Count
I got this in the mail Saturday. It's my newest till tomorrow. It's about a 6.5-7.0 Tanning and smudges holds it back a bit. Still really proud of it.
goldust40
A couple more that just arrived... Jim Some nice post-code covers, and peds to boot. When did you start getting into this era, Jim?
awe4one
When did you start getting into this era, Jim? After Megacon. Before the con I started making a want list and realized it was only a couple issues long. Frankly, I'm a little tapped out on BA issues I want or need. Most BA buys these days are potential upgrades that about 70% of the time turn out to not upgrade the comic I already have. I've already been collecting, here and there, the Atlas westerns for a couple years. After looking at some of the horror titles at the con, I decided it was an area I wanted to pursue... Green
Great book. Very nice find. I am going to make a personal opinion comment and hope I don't get burnt at the stake for it. No offense to your book, but OMG, Herb Trimpe was a TERRIBLE artist!!! That looks like my 6 year old nephew drew it. I will say he got a little better as the years went by, but even Hulk 181 has horrid art for the intro of a top 5 character of all time. Just my ......Great looking books. Hope your not upset with me. I have about 30 of Trimpes Hulk books myself, so........ I agree with you about Herb Trimpe. I agree his line work is definitely not the best in the biz. But imo being a comic artist is more than just that. Herb was great at telling a story with pix and hes a real nice guy to boot
Comicopolis
Yeah, you are right. Calling him terrible is a bit harsh. He does draw a weird looking Hulk though. His run is probably the one I remember the most as a kid.

The Silver-Age
Just got this one from Bob Storm's. Looks like a 9.6 to me but oh well. Thats not a crese on the top corner. Is he a member here? This completed my JiM 83-Thor 250 in VF or better. Thanks Bob
