A presentable copy but there is a cutout in the middle of a page that affects the story.  I think otherwise, this would be around 3.5/4.0.  Does this get a NG or a .5 incomplete with the piece missing?  Does it just lower the grade.  I probably posted too many pics. Cutout pics are the last three.
