Despite the ink marks, I think minimum 4.5, maybe 5.0

I have to go lower because of how brittle the paper quality is. I honestly think this is more in the 3.0-3.5 range. Those ink marks take it down to that. If they were not present, I think a 4.0-4.5 would work.

I wouldn't call this book 'brittle' in the sense it's usually meant with GA comics; a few small corner chips perhaps. But fair enough on the rest.
