He lived in the San Jacinto Valley when he drew most his books. This issue mentions the Ramona Pageant which is the longest continuous outdoor play in America and done every year in the San Jacinto Valley. But what make this book even more interesting is that it’s an early drug use issue where Donald and his nephew take peyote and do some hallucinating.
