Shill Bidding is bidding that artificially increases an item's price or

apparent desirability. It includes bidding by individuals with a level

of access to information about the seller's item not available to the

general Community.

 

Sounds like Heritage.

In all seriousness, some disgruntled auction losers will get us forumites reprimanded or booted for bidding up greggy's auctions foreheadslap.gif

 

That crossed my mind as well when I read it...
