Got a nice little stack of horror magazines and I was going to wait until Halloween/October to post them but I didn't want to compete with Bounty Coder's annual sale during that month. So I figured let's celebrate Halloween in Aprll and get these posted up. As a note the scanner I was using broke so I hope pics are ok. Books are varying grades from a few nice ones to some very beat up low grade reader copies. They all came from one owner and were stored improperly for years; which explains varying condition.

books have NOT been pressed, which in some cases will be very obvious.  Not saying you should or shouldn't and while I doubt any of these will press up to an 11, some books may benefit from such things. All I can say is that none were pressed previously to the best of my knowledge

Castle of Frankenstein 15 . G/VG range. It's got some spine wear but cover is attached at both staples and book is complete. The partial tear to the cover that runs through the lady. Creases. Edge wear. Everything you expect from a reader copy. Mostly magazine with articles inside, but it does has some comic art, by Brunner.  $5

Creepy 33 Nice copy here that has good color. Spine roll that you can see in the pic. Corners are nice, staples tight, and book just feels good. I'd say VG/F range.   $8

Creepy Annual 1971  It's a tough black cover and we all know what that means. It shows all wear, which this one has some of. Small little piece out at top right corner. And a little curl going on up there as well. A couple creases on bottom and top corner. Otherwise pretty nice copy. The black looks darker in hand than in the pic (wish that scanner was working). Deja-Vu 1  Wrightson cover.  Little bit of spine roll. Looks good overall with very minimal wear showing. Wrightson, Kaluta, and Jeff Jones art in this cool issue. F/VF $20

Eerie 26 Good color with nice gloss. Spine roll. Edges look nice. Biggest detractor here is staple rust on the staples. For that I make it VG  $15

Eerie 29  Spine roll. Black cover but what a cover! Creases on the edge of course. The black is deeper in person and washed out in the pic a little. VG/F with the spine roll but still nice shape. $20

Eerie 113 It's a reader copy. Creases and general wear. Covers is attached and it's complete. Cool stories inside. G/VG $3

Eerie 1971 Annual It's nice shape and the black is like all the others, deeper in person due to pic washing it out a little. (did I mention I wished that scanner was working?) Piece missing out of upper left corner brings it down. but pick it up for Hatchet Man  and other cool stories .  VG/F $6

Epic 16 Something weird going on at the spine. Looks like there is a split, but it's not really split. Or maybe there was another cover that was removed, but this is the actual cover. Either way it runs all the way down the spine. White cover that shows dirt and once again these were improperly stored so you can tell. It does have Barry Windsor Smith's A Path of Stars amongst other groovy stories inside though so it's a good reader copy.  VG $3

Epic 15 Boris Vallejo cover/ Crease on the upper edge and that small spot on the cover where it looks like a tape pull maybe? Still a nice book and you get some cool stories inside, including Dreadstar by Starlin. VG/F $8

Horror Tales November 1970 Ghoulish girl in acid cover. Deep black with a bit of creasing on bottom and upper corner . Good color and gloss here. F $30

Horror Tales January 1971 that’s a convenient zipper there so he can take out his heart. Very minor spine roll.creases upper corner. Few spine tics. Just cool gruesomeness all around. F $20
