There was a DAISY HANDBOOK #1 that featured RED RYDER and BUCK ROGERS comic strips but I have never seen one.

This ad from ADVENTURE COMICS #144 made it look like you were receiving TWO BOOKS.

Books like the DAISY HANDBOOK were easy to get as long as you had a dime and a 3-cent stamp...

but for others like this BIKE COMICS you had to run around town looking for a U.S. BIKE TIRE

dealer who had them.
