Administrator JonnySnyder Posted May 29, 2019 Administrator Share Posted May 29, 2019 Hi @Jakob peterson. Unfortunately, this will sometimes happen for a number of reasons. In the future, it would be best to keep the COA and just send us the books for grading.
Jakob peterson
@JonnySnyder why wouldn't they just send it back to me? I feel like I got robbed.
Administrator JonnySnyder Posted May 29, 2019 Administrator Share Posted May 29, 2019 @Jakob peterson if it was included inside the bag and board when you shipped the book to CGC, it may have been overlooked. Since we do not recognize a COA for our Signature Series program, it may be best to submit your books without including a COA in the future. Jakob peterson
@JonnySnyder can I contact them to see if they would send it back or did they throw it away? It was my only signed stan Lee comic book.
