Sorry book has sold already to @Ryan., the Top Notch and Boy Comics are the only 2 left!

 

And also Overstreet is not an accurate depiction of the market, it’s so outdated nearly laughable. I go by GPA and recent sales not reflected there. At 20% off I think we were right around even below what would be considered a fair price.
