Will Frank Miller verify his signature for a Yellow Label? 0

I have a Dark Knight Returns #1 Foil Cover previously signed by Frank Miller with a Midtown Comics COA.  Will Mr. Miller be able to verify this is his signature so I can receive a yellow label?  If this is possible, would I need to send the COA in with the submission?  Thank you for your time and effort.

Good morning.  The only way to receive a signature series label is for the signature to be witnessed by an authorized CGC witness or for the artist to send the book to us directly along with a creator agreement.  We do not accept COA's, unfortunately.  If your book was already signed and not witnessed by an approved CGC witness then it could not get a signature series label.
