It will be hard for anyone to grade this book with the pictures you have posted.

Remove the book from the bag.

You will need a larger pic of the entire front cover and close ups of the entire spine/staples, corners/edges plus a look at the interior pages, usually just the splash page and centerfold will do and mention if there are any torn/missing pages or cutouts.

It's very hard to tell with these pictures. One thing I would suggest is a press and clean. I don't think the press will help much, but a clean would be really beneficial.

As is, 4.5 is what I think.
