CGC Case from recent auction purchase 0

Hello, so I just purchased an 8.5 graded CGC comic (graded in 2015 according to database) and a few things seemed to stick out as unusual and not right. 
 

1) the top sticker was applied to the outside of the case, not inside like my other graded items.

2) On the case itself, the side tabs used to separate the case, seems to not be heavily secure and If I tried, I could probably pull it open with not much effort, again much different than my other graded items that seem more secure.

3) the case itself is much thinner in comparison

4) and lastly....the 8.5 grade sticker is faded which I don’t believe I’ve seen on another CGC comic.

Yeah, that is the old case that goes back to what, 2006? Peeling top edge labels is common.
