Book requires 2 pair of glasses that came with it to get a blue so did you send only 1 in or did you send 2 in and they lost 1 or did they send 2 pairs back to you? I've always assumed that to get an unqualified label, the glasses need to be attached to the book as they were when the book was produced. That is, a loose pair of glasses is still considered "missing", because they are "missing" from the original attachment point inside the book.
