Shipping and packing kit issue

I purchased a packing and shipping kit.  When I received it it did not contain the submission box marked "fragile"  I have written several emails and have received no reply.  Order number 3590.  Please advise or send me the missing box.  Thanks

 

UPDATE.  I received a replacement box today.  THanks
