Golden age stuff is far from my strength but I came across this issue and am interested in knowing what year it’s from and what issue it is? Is it humour? I’m just curious if anyone has one or knows the year and any info on the artwork inside. Thanks!

I don’t own it haha but was considering buying it but I couldn’t find any info on what it was or when it was from
