Blackhawk 21 is it worthy of cgc? 0

Hello hope you’re all staying safe. I was trying to get a grade on this golden age Blackhawk #21. I tried to take the best picks of flaws. It’s pretty old 1948 thus the age wear but all in all it’s a pretty nice book and I love the art. That being said there is a large K written in blue marker on the cover but really doesn’t destroy the eye appeal but might destroy the grade. Also looking at the data base there are not a lot graded and may be a solid investment. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks and wash your hands. Please
