"Received" status for almost a month 0

My submission for MODERN slow track has been in a 'Received" state since August 4th.  Is this normal?  #3703740

Good morning, thanks for your message.  We do have your invoice and it is currently in line to be graded.  Right now our Modern tier is running about 32 business days.  The graders are currently grading invoices received around 7-29 so they just have not started your received date of 8-4 yet.  You will see the status change as it moves through that process.  It will probably be another couple of weeks before this is completed.
