Pictures are subjective and I'm no expert...but you might be able to get a 8.5 or 9.0 If you get it cleaned and pressed. If I'm correct you then can look at the going price in that grade which is about 34 dollars. So, the cost of pressing and grading...plus shipping both ways with insurance (if app) would exceed 34 dollars so on the strict money side you might want to pass....However if your motivation is outside of money then you are right no matter your decision.
