I didn't even think it was possible for a book to get this SEVERELY faded? Do you have any information about the book's history? Has this copy been on display in direct sunlight for the past 60 years? And it's interesting to see how the degree of fading appears to be consistent, and seems so to have dramatically altered all colours, while the black inking looks relatively unaffected so none of the art's details are washed out!
