CGC 5.0 Restored Slight C-1 (small amount of color touch on cover, tear seal to cover)

The color inks on this copy are crazy great looking, so if you are wanting an early TeC for cheap that you can spot a mile away in the dark this is it. This vivid yellow could be used as an emergency signal to wave down a passing airplane if you were ever stuck on an island :D  The tear seal is at the bottom center of the cover (through the eye dropper and tweezers sitting on the desk. That is where the color touch is as well, my opinion is it should be fairly easy to remove if anyone was interested in going down that path), was also recommended by the prior owner to resubmit it for a PQ bump.
