Online sub form bugged? 0

So i have been trying to fill out another sub form to ship in and when i click the link i either get a blank white screen or a grey screen with bubbles saying loading then an error message. This happening to anyone else?

Just tried it and got a similar loading error

I think they might be having database issues. The cgc turnaround thread has also mentioned that submission status updates are erroring out as well.
