So you could decide if you even wanted it anymore. Especially since they also offer an "unrestoration" service that you might have wanted to use. Rather than just surprising you with the label. This, and if the supposed color touch has no chance to improve the original grade should it even be considered restoration or just some ink on the cover and whatever down grade that entails.
