Hello. I keep checking on my submission and it says it hasn’t been received. My package tracking info claims it was delivered a week ago. Is this normal what is going on?

Good morning, thanks for your message.  Yes, that is normal.  Due to the high volume of mail we receive each day, it can take several days just to get through one day's worth of mail.  Currently, we are working on opening and entering mail from the week of 10-26.  Once we have your package opened and entered, you will receive an email letting you know it has been logged in and at that point, you will be able to see that in your account.

Hello, we are working on finishing up mail from the week of 11-9.  it will probably be at least another week before we get to the 18th.  You'll receive an email once we have it logged in.

Hi, this is my first time submitting trading cards with you guys. Is there any updates with Express packages received on the 25th of November? I just wanted to know an estimate of when to expect it to appear in my account. Thanks!
