Hello. I was sent this comic instead of the one pictured on ebay. It was supposed to be a high 9.4 with a chance at higher. This copy has one color break on the spine. Nothing else breaks color. Will you please grade my comic and give me an idea of what to expect once pressed? Thanks

obviously not a 9.4 as is

you "may" be able to press and clean your way to a 9.4 at best with additional time and expense...send it back

9.2 as is.  Was the one pictured on eBay a 'stock' photo maybe, or did they send the wrong one?  I'd contact the seller, if so.

It wasn't supposed to be. I did contact him and he dodged the question about it being different. Just about how grading is subjective. Any chance of a 9.6 after a press? Thanks

IMO, I don't think so.  That's a decent-sized crease.  I'm no expert though.

It was definitely a bait and switch. Its obvious. The problem is all the NM copies have been snatched up. If it had a chance of a 9.6 I would keep it. Nothing less though. I appreciate the help

Sorry to hear that..You have a solid 9.4 after press imo....the question we all have is ...just how much CGC will ding the copy for from that single, quite moderate, color breaking tick...best of luck

9.0-9.2 the way it lays right now.

A press might guarantee 9.2-9.4 but I have a hard time with a 9.6 or higher on this one.

Like others have said, after a press and clean a 9.4 is the best you hope for. A 9.6 is a stretch for me.
