I don't know a lot of people and I don't know who to ask, but can you please do me a favor by answering a question?

I have a hulk 181 5.5 qualified cgc grade with missing stamp, if I were to send it to CGC for a blue label, would the grade be a 0.5 or a 3.5 since it's only missing the stamp and book is complete. And if I do have the stamp, would that also change the grade even tho the stamp is detached?
